Here's an image of the standard primitives which have a had a significant change of look by simply using deformers (submitted by one of hour favorite forum members)! As a challenge, create your own objects by using modifiers creatively! Good luck and I'm dying to see what you come up with! -Kix

Greetings, This is my first post and it is of my first 3-D object ever. I am a student of Kixum and this was my project for the first Carrara class he instructed. I only used the base deformers from the properties tray (bulge, punch, shear, bend and twist, taper, and rotate) and basic primitives available in Carrara Studio 1.1. I also generatated all my own textures (except that I use a fur bitmap for my base fur texture). Can anyone do better than this with basic deformers only? This was an insane effort and Kixum quickly informed us that we would never use these deformers again in Class 2. Oh well, at least I have a dog and I learned the deformers.
