i do a fair amount of fine art nudes, and as i start to build a reputation, and my site continues to grow, i keep expanding. what i have noticed though is that nearly every model is completely shaven... no one has anything anymore. just wondering what everyones thoughts on this are, both from a viewer of fine art nude, and as a photographer

I guess it's just what's in style right now....just as ideal body types change, so does pubic hair? It is a hell of a lot neater than a big bush....hehehe. Is it possible for you to request a model to maybe lay off the razor for a week or two before the shoot?

Personally I prefer shaved. I feel the genetalia is a part of the greatest work of art there is, the human body. What bothers me is the people that only want to see the female form. I feel that bith genders have beauty. But then again those that don't care for male nudity are usually men. Wonder what they do in the shower? Male or female, shave it and show the curves and muscles! Magick Mcihael

Uh. I've talked to some ladies and they thought the male genitillia are pretty ugly too. Forget that's not much of a show anymore...I personally waiting for people to start braiding extensions! That would be REALLY interesting. Seriously though Mike I've seen striking pictures with both types. Isn't hair just a difference in character. Like long necks or short necks for example. Bsteph :

Close your eyes and think of female nudes.... ;) I'm not bothered what they look like or how they're shaved - though leaving that strip up the middle looks pretty cool...... anyways, don't get much choice on what ones to see, if you catch my drift....
