Would someone please tell me how to convert Bryce images in Jpeg images? Thank you so much.

Any image-dditing program would do that. Export the rendered image to BMP, PSD or TIFF, open in the program and convert. I think that Irfan View (image viewer) also can do that. Sorry, no link.

In my opinion, Irafnview is maybe the best freeware picture utility there is. At least one of the best.

IRfanview looks cool but i still think the gimp is the top freeware utility. here's the direct link for windows users: http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/

you can do it from inside Bryce. Unfortunately, my Bryce computer's 21 miles from here, but go through the File menu, it's either 'Export image as' or 'Save Image As', or something like that. I've done the last few pictures that way. A cheapo nagware utility (above) will do the same thing to about 30 different formats, I use this too, sometimes..make thumbnails too, which is what I mainly use it for.

Yes you can save .jpg in Bryce but Bryce's compression is terrible. It's better to save as .bmp or .pict and convert in an image editor.

hmm..hadn't considered that. I could go either method on that. Have to do some comparison renders to see what I get.
