I made some cool props using various programs, and now they ended up in Bryce3D for that final touch. But now Im wondering how to import them to Poser4. I mean they where made with Poser-use in mind.... I'd appriciate any replies!!!! //Spunk

well....hmmmm...theres a little trick for bryce 4 but since youve got 3D - The only thing I can tell you is that you'll have to pose the figure like you want it to look like in scene, then Import to bryce as a single mesh. Unfortunatly objects cant be exported from bryce - only lattices terrains or tori. You could try and make props in the TE using a lattice and then try exporting that - might not look that great though. You can also open the prop IN Poser then exporting everything to bryce(seperatly) then textureing the prop. -DA

Digital, that is not true. You CAN export objects from Bryce, other than lattices and terrains. You can NOT however export anything with boolians or Bryce primitives. You must have Bryce 4. Next, if the object has an "E" in the side bar you're in luck. The objects may also be grouped, as long as the "e" is there. Click on the "E" and the "smoothing requester comes up. Now (MAC) Command + D (PC) Control + D <--I'm not positive about the PC command--> and a save requester comes up. You can now save in a varity of formats. James James

That trick is what I was refering to...I wasnt sure if it worked with 3D or not.

Plus - its not a very reliable..if you have a large model or some such it can take a very long time to save. And if you try to save as .3ds - bryce can sometimes crash.
