dunno what it is. Made in wings3d. Im gonna render a different angle in a bit, and post it...just for fun : )

nicely done... with a little tweaking, it could be part of some factory... or landing bay... id love to see a final render on this!

Im rendering right now, but give me some suggestions, and I'll try to do it.

Wonderful work~!

definately add some lights... like runner lights on an airplane... some at the tip of those spikes... and try to break up the uniformity of the texture color... same texture but maybe tweak a few objects with some diffusion or color differences... i love the city sprawl... dont change that...

I'll add the light points. Bryce is starting to choke because of the lights and the volume slab, plus the poly count is up there. I'll have to move this to my other comp, and work on it tommorow. Thanks for the feedback : )

hmm..gonna hafta start playing with it, everything I render in Wings 3d comes out looking like a mashed potato..go figure..;) You might add a glowing star/lightninglike orb in the center of the spikes, like some sort of energy buildup.

I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit

You can always fake the lights with Ambience. Just push the Ambience (NOT Ambient) to 100 and check Fuzzy in Material Options. Given the size, they should look okay. And yes, the city looks great. Have you tried adding the Blade Runner city map?

If you put lightning and some kinda ship going in/coming out... Well, you could have one of those sci-fi gateway generator thingies... :) It looks cool, regardless of what you make it though.
