Subject: Does Marketplace "What's Hot" mean the "top Sellers?

The Marketplace "What's Hot" category. Is that a list of what is the hottest selling items in order of sales or is a choice by renderosity as to what they think is "hot". I mean no disrespect to anyone with this question, I am just curious.

I don't think this will answer you question but it is the response that was given the last time this question (or a similar one) was asked. You might want to IM ClintH to see if he would expand on his response for you.

I think it shows what is selling the most at the moment, since it's order changes daily. The Top Sellers seem to be the products that have sold the most since they were introduced. Just my thoughts though, I'm not totally sure either. :) SnowS

As I understand it, it's not what's selling the most, it's what is making the most money. A subtle, yet important distinction...

From my own experience and judgement.. shows the items that have made the most sales in the last 24 hours..regardless of price! If the item keeps producing sufficient steady sales, you climb up, if they drop.. you climb down! ;) Rena

A follow-up question from this; what's the link to get to the overall Marketplace best-sellers? It may be obvious, but I can't spot it.

At the side bar with links.. right underneath the top features.. there's a RenderosityMarketplace image, right underneath a HOT PRODUCTS link! ;) That's the short way to get there fast.. otherwise, you click on Marketplace, then on the top links that appear the What's Hot Link! :) Rena
