I am updating things on my site and my tutorials, freebies, etc... are not available at the moment. Don't panic, they will be available again soon when I so some finishing touches and upload the new layouts. It was starting to get too big and unwieldly as far as updates and page layout, so I really needed to simplify things a bit which will hopefully make things easier for you guys as well as me. All the old content will be made available when I re-launch as well as some new stuff, so just a little patience :) Anyway, wanted to let you know I'm not going anywhere. Oh and the new stuff for Michael should be ready for the re-launch too :)) Regards Taura. p.s. went for a job interview today for a data entry position, should know in a few days whether I will be employed again or not, so wish me luck:)

good luck Taura, remember data entry is only as good as the people you're working with. I did it for a while & I would've gone loopey if it wasn't for the great crowd of guys I was working with, long pub lunches help too ;)

hehehehe, it would have to be better than being a production sewing machinist. That was seriously detrimental to my health and sanity. I started having stress or panic attacks at work from hating it so much. I walked out after a disagreement about being the only one to be put back to 3 days a week (after increasing production to make a bonus). That was last March, been looking for an office type job ever since. It's not easy to change careers but I just can't go back to sitting at a machine and being treated that way. It's not like I can't do the job anyway, they let me do some of the work the new employee would be doing at the interview and it wasn't that hard. Look up some codes, right them in on the sheet and tally up each codes $ amount and make sure it matches the sheets grand total in the end. I can handle that. :)

The only down side to you getting a new job Taura will be your absence from rosity while you're working.

hehehe, I am sure I would find the time c1rcle:) I really do love doing this stuff:) igohigh, I am so sorry that you are being laid off soon, its such a scary and depressing thing to have to go through, you have my best wishes for finding new employment too :)

I've been made redundant twice, the first time totally crushed me (I was 20 at the time with 6mnth old baby) I did a spot of retraining then 4 yrs later I had a similar job to the one Taura is going for. Then last year 10yrs later I was made redundant again, this time was different though it was exactly what I needed, I'd reached a point where I couldn't work & look after my disabled wife so I'd handed in my resignation which was refused due to the upcoming redundancies & I was placed top of the list for redundancy so not only did I get what I really needed I got a large amount of money as well :) Anyway what I was trying to say in a roundabout rambling way is don't get disheartened because you may be losing your job try to find the silver lining it is there somewhere :)

you know in the climate the world has become, it's like "me vs the world". But know matter what you keep going and keep getting up when your punched, and c1rcle, yes you keep looking for that silver lining. It's amazing how strong the human spirit can be.
