how do I get the eyeBrow in this image look like

this one, I have tried and tried, but nothing, i dont konw what im doing, and its taking me lots of time to try to figure it out and nothing.... please helpppp!!@!

This looks like the p4 fem. I believe there is a transmap in the freestuff section for both her eyebrows and eyelashes. First off, go to your materials window under render and apply a better texture to the figure. Set the eyebrows and eyelashes as invisible and apply a transparency map.

It's all about the transparency map, It looks like you have one applied to the hair in your first pic there. Look under Render ---> Materials to get an idea on the settings. You'll have to load the trans map for the eyebrows sperately though. The same transmap will fix your eyelashes too!!
