Increase your virtual RAM. There are several threads on here about it. Search for "Insufficient disk space" on this forum.

I'm not sure if it affects P5 but I seem to recall seeing a tech article at CL that said that if your poser install was not o your main boot drive you had to create a VM partition of between 10 & 50Mb on the "Poser" disk. You also have problems with 1Gb of memory which got got fixed with a patch. This was all for P4, but having done it already, I'm sure if it fixes any quirks with P5. There are a lot of ptaches for XP however, SP1 ad-infinitum, you could go to windowsupdate to get them but I prefer fileflash, (link) check under the "stories" heading top left, they're just the straight download without all the dicking about. I installed a few new ones just yesterday... later jbThis site uses cookies to deliver the best experience. Our own cookies make user accounts and other features possible. Ok, so I rarely have this problem... Clean install of Windows XP, dual Athlon, 512MB DDR Ram. 60gb boot drive, 80gb drive with poser installed. Installed the AMD bus master IDE driver to get my damn DVD player to work in DMA mode and now I can't render ANYTHING in a new window. A single Mike figure with no textures won't even render. What the hell! Does P5 have this problem? e.d.
