I'm new and using Poser4. My question is about Poser4 File Locations. With all the different types of files, how can I know the proper place where each file-type goes? Thanks Steve

This tutorial should be of some help:

http://www.fallencity.net/lore/p-file-locations.php

As for the file types:
A PZ3 file holds an entire scene (props, lighting, figures, etc)
PZ2 holds a pose information
CR2 holds informationa about a figure
CM2 holds camera info
FC2 holds facial expressions and can also contain morphs settings for creating a specific face.
HR2 are for hair props
HD2 hold poses that just effect the hands
LT2 holds lighting info
PP2 are for props

Wow! The info here is exactly what I needed, however Where is the proper place to put the .pz3 file? Thank you, Steve

Stevie822 : They can be placed any were you want in or out of the poser folder. What i do is make a folder under runtime called PZ3s and put them there, but they will work from any location because of file assosiation.
