I dont know if anyone had tried this but me, but I found that by reducing the Y scale of Vickie's head to 95%, there was a lot of apparent improvement and it certainly worked for Poserdork. Scarab <-whose brain is 95%

If you scale her Collar to 90 or 95% her shoulder scales but her, umm, contiguous part doesn't.
