Has any one done a poser figure of one of these magnificent creatures???. they look awesome!!!

very few Farscape Poser things. RuntimeDNA has a John Criton clothing pack, and a Moyaish scene. No Scorpious/Harvey or Scarons. Haven't seen any peacekeeper clothing either. I'm trying to work on a Chiana texture/clothing outfit, but it's taking forever. I absolutely love Farscape and want to do some poser stuff based on it, but finding ref material is hard. Lot of great Scifi creatures/outfits in Farscape love that stuff. Hopefully someone has links to some good stuff out there, I'm definetely interested in it.

There's a Zhaan texture out there somewhere for Vicki 1/2. Try doing a search here for it.

Ya, it would be cool to get some Farscape like characters.

RDNA also has a clothing package as part of their "DNAscape" line for Victoria as well. A face pose file turns her into a decent clone of Erin Soon (sic), former PeaceKeeper and John Crichton's main squeeze. Like their "Johnny" you have to pay for it, but you receive a nice line of clothing geometry that can be used for various dystopian scenarios. Even Dargo could be achieved using Michael with the addition of some smart props (his tendrils), but Rygel and Pilot would have to be built from scratch in a modeling program. Hmm, I wonder if Traveler's "Sluggian" could be morphed enough to resemble the Hynerian? Sincerely, Bill

Scarrons?? Since i've only seen 2 episodes, i'm very unfamiliar with the charaters that populate this universe. I need to find pics of them. I did find this neat UK page. But, i'm either blind or too tired to spot those critters. if i know in which episodes they appear, i can get the DVD & make Captures for reference. Marco

Well, from what i understand Scorpius is half Scarran. He's appears more starting at episode #119. I found over a 100 sites with "Google". This link as a complete listing of actors & creatures. And the Episodes they appear in. Very Complete! Man! They did 416 Episodes! That's a lot! Was it a 5/week show? Makes me want to get the DVDs even more! And you are right! There's a whole bunch of Amazing creatures! Suprizing, not more Poser "sozies" exists! Marco

I think the 416 means 4th season, 16th episode. The SciFic Channelhad originally promised the production a 5th season, but later retracted. Sadly the series will air its final episode in just a couple of weeks. Fans campaigned for it, but no other network bought the series. As far as I understannd, the series is finished. Ah! Thanks for the info, Bill! I did notice the "Save the Show" banners! They're on most of the sites. That's one of the reasons i stopped watching TV. They cancelled one too many of my shows & got tired of the game. One such example was the excellent Comedy/Drama "Sports Night". I guess it was too "Brainy" for the masses?? I have a few projects to bring to completion this month. But, afterwards i might start on a few of those characters. No promises. Probably the first one will be "the Pilot"! Marco

Found Season 1 box Set DVD. Going to get it this week. As for Season 2,3 & 4. They release only 2 episodes per DVD. Once the set is complete, they release th Box Set. So, it might be a while to get the rest. :-( They should learn from the ST:TNG Box Sets! Best ones i've seen so far, with lots of Xtras. Took me a year(Every 2 months) to get them all! Now DS9 is starting. Wish they'd put Voyager First... So, it might be a while to get the rest. :-( Well, i'll at least have Season one to browse through. hmmmmm Dargo using Mike, well that's a thought. I was actually thinking of V3, she has so many more vertecies to play with. I'm doing Chiana for V2, maybe I should think about Steph instead. new to creating textures and models, but I'm so in love with farscape that I'm enjoying the frustrations in trying to learn all this. how about a DRD model and a 1812 version? How do ya do easypose tech? would be needed for the antenna of DRD. wooo I'm all excited by the possibilities.

MachineClaw, there's 2 utilities from Ajax, the one i have is "EasyPose Underground"(MP). That one is more expensive, but has lots more options. The cheaper version is called "EasyPose Wizard"(MP). Just go to Ajax's Store. Yes, it is hard to morph a mesh to look like a specific person or creature. But, it's worth it! And it's Fun! Specially, when you succeed & see your Fav Character come to life! :-) DRD, 1812??? You must excuse my poor knowledge of the show! Give me a week to watch Season 1 on DVD... GodSpeed! Marco

If you subivide the poser frog and yank the frell out of it with magnets, you can get a pretty good Hynerian. I did it once a while back. Also a Scarren would be a awful lot of work to only use it for personal renders. The head alone (if done right) would probably be around 20K polys.

Not meaning to "short change" Ajax, but you wouldn't have to purchase any of his utilities. One could, at least in theory, "parent" two copies of his free EasyPose tube onto the base shape. "Parent" some simple geometry onto the other end of the tube to represent the optical sensor and there you go! Sincerely, Bill

Excellent show right? Too bad Sci-Fi channel is stupid enough to cancel it. But I did read that Jim Henson's Creature Shop is seeking alternate syndication, and also have plans for a feature film.

HAHAHA! you think season 1 is good?! wait til you start watching season 3/4, it's like heroin needing the next episode! there is such a wealth of scifi'ness there, from creatures, costumes, botish things wooop. back on the topic, I threw V3 into Lightwave and started dragging points around trying to make a Scarran. I think V3 has enough geometry that a decent model morph could be made, otherwise its a whole new model and I suck right now at modeling. I season 4 there are 4 basic Scarrans, the 'queen', the 'emporer' and 2 types of gunts, one looks sort of like a Klingon one looks like a lizardman with long head jaw, the queen like a borg Aliens Queen. What should I try for? Which did you have in mind?

Yes! Excellent! I just watched the first 4 epsiodes! "Pilot" is so cool! But, i don't think they're going to show his/it whole body. It's going to be tough to extrapolate. Need to find better reference material if i'm going to accurately make it. And it makes sense that Henson's behind the creatures! Zhaan is turning out to be an interesting character. In season 1 they had two guns (though Aeryn's survived being destroyed at least once) and the body count was low; later two or three of our heroes would mow down vast hordes of animatronic nastiness without getting scratched, except as required by the plot. For me the season one approach was better, though there's still plenty of fun and neat stuff later. Haven't caught up on the last series yet.

Well I found one site that had John & Aeryn and 2 other farscape characters they made in Poser 4 but they didn't have the characters available for download. Anyone seen any good Farscape freebies anywehre? The unavaiable but WOWSER's John & Aeryn Sung are at:
