i want to put some old pots into a scene, i guess what i'm looking for is a texture or bump map of a cracked surface. can anyone help, thanks.

I think the best place (that I know of) for textures is the Mayang site...I don't know how well they work in Bryce but there is a lot of stuff there.

Can also make the texture yourself if you have a definite idea on how it looks.

ta for help and advice, would love to be able to make my own bump map textures, but no matter how many times i've read it i cant seen to get bumps to work. me thicko.

Yep, try to use some Mayang textures for bump only. There's a lot in the site, I used them and they're really great to work on. Stefano
