Subject: Question for Koshini Users...

I love what I see done with Koshini! I'm thinking of getting her, but I'm a bit unclear about all of the clothes I see you guys putting on her... Is it difficult to get Victoria's (and other's) clothes to fit her? Are you using the Tailor, or simply tweaking a bit here and there in Poser? Does she some with significant facial morphability? Finally, I understand she comes stock with one hair, and that the other hair is in the clothing pak. Is that right? Thanks!

From what I've seen and read. (not being able to afford Koshini yet) Victoria's clothes take some tweaking to get on, and it generally only works from one camera angle for a still pic. I've seen a fair amount of facial morphability but the page on Daz3d likely has more detail about the number of morphs And she comes with one hairstyle. The other one does indeed come with the clothing pack, or you can just adjust hair to fit her (likely easier than making Vicky's clothes fit)

If you scale up standard hair to 156% and move it around, mostly on the Y axis, the hair fits pretty well. The clothing is mostly trickery I think, though someone said they used the Tailor somehow to get it to mostly fit. I don't have more details on how they did it. Cheers!

Oh, and yes, she does have good facial morphability. She can also be a "he" and the clothing has a flat chest morph so some of it can be used for male clothing. (I'm sorry, but I don't care if you use flat chested or not, the baby doll shirt just does not look like a guy thing to wear!) ;-)

Clothing: Posette stuff fits just fine. Requires the usual amount of fiddling with taper and scale, but the result works, at least as far as I've tried. Expressions: Littlefox started with a whole new approach, and I like it much better than either the P4 or Vicky arrangement. Here are the expressive morphs that come with Koshini: Eyes - Wink R Eyes - Wink L Eyes - Squint Brow - Angry R Brow - Angry L Brow - Arch R Brow - Arch L Brow - Down R Brow - Down L Brow - Fear R Brow - Fear L Brow - Up R Brow - Up L Mouth - Disgusted Mouth - Big Smile Mouth - Cheerful Smile Mouth - Natural Smile Mouth - Pleasant Smile Mouth - Pucker Mouth - Surprise Mouth - Open Mouth - Down Mouth - Up Face - Surprise Face - Frown Face - Anguish Face - Anger

Thanks for the great information! I guess the morph list means that she's not mimic compatable, but for that matter, I haven't used mimic in over a year...

Not mimic: That's right. Mimic wants certain specific things like Mouth O, which aren't present in Koshini.

Thanks again for the information - downloading from Daz right now (btw, the site is back up...)

Speaking of mimic compatibility... I remember once Little_Dargon made the MOUSE mimic ready. And it didn't even have an opening mouth to begin with. Is it possible that SOMEONE could make Kosh Mimic compatible? PWEEEEEEESE?

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
