Subject: spot lite tutorial?

I have read everything I could find on the spotlites, but am still in total darkness (no pun intended). Is their a diagram somewhere to tell what the different controls do. The positioning is pretty simple.....but the light controls remain a mystery. Geep could do wonders with this. I think lighting is the key to good poser renders.

Thanks geep...you da man! Honestly...you write the best tutorials...even I can understand them. Have you considered writting a book? I would gladly buy it...and I think every new poser user would become quite proficient in a much more efficient period of time. There are a lot of things in poser that I never try untill I read your tuts.
