There's a LOT of Truespace resources on the net - from basic to very advanced. Start by going to www.caligari.com, and move on from there. Have fun.

Hi thip, i dont think so that there are a lot of truespace - P4 tutorials on the web. the only one I found was an old clothing tutorial for P 3 by phil C. (leeroy:Guck mal in die Tutorials. Suche einfach unter Phil C.) But it take useless houres of searching for any hints about a good working between truespace and Poser. I get nuts when I tried to convert any *cob into obj. No matter what converter you try, every grouped cob model will be a single mesh obj. And thats really useful to texture it for Poser or bryce. (Do all Germans excuse themselfs for their bad english:-) Happy rendering

Kein Problem mit deine english - mein deutsch ist viel mehr schlecht. Wenn man sich bloss verstaendlich machen kann... Well, anyway: sorry, I thought you were after Truespace modelling tutorials (of which there ARE many). When you have made a model you can use 3D Explorer to convert Truespace COB-files to OBJ-files for import into Poser. You can find 3D Explorer on http://www.xdsoft.com/explorer/ (I have just been told that it will not work for 3DS-files, so be sure to use COB --> OBJ). Have fun

Stay in touch leeroy5, I have done all my modeling in Truespace, much of the early work using version 2. For conversion to OBJ I use John Winds utilities and a good text editor. Regards PhilC pcooke@mis.net
