Starting to test the limits of the new computer. Just wanted to get everyone's opinions on this one. Any comments or crits will really help. I've been without inspiration for a couple of weeks now. :( Finally started something that I think may be worth continuing, I'm just not sure where to take it. TIA Mike

looks very nice so far.... I would like to see some wildlife in it. Perhaps a crane, egret or water bird of some sort by the edge of the pond. about all i can think of :-)

Nice basic scene, but it needs something to focus on...perhaps a person or two? The Bryster

I think it is very lovely. I also like the idea of wildlife. If you don't have any wildlife to add, what about a canoe or rowboat? Lin

maybe just make the camera close to the ground and hav it focused on a footprint or something

I like the waterfowl idea the best. you might be able to find a poser model that would work. is there anyway you could darken the ground around the lake edge? I've had this problem in stuff i've done as well the texture looks so static, as though the ground at the lake edge wouldn't get wet. You have an excellent image so far. check out the galleries (specifically DryFly) for inspiration. and good luck
