Attached Link: What is a Brian????

First, the reminder--don't forget the [March Challenge](http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?Form.ShowMessage=1126491) is ending on March 24th.

And here's the mini challenge. I was going to do this with another graphic but I decided I didn't like it after I posted it. Which is why some of you may have noticed the amazing disappearing Brian notice from me. Anyway, we've been a long time away from doing Brians, and I think they are a lot of fun.

Take a look at this graphic Samantha Didn't Say She was Leaving and see if you can come up with a story, exactly 50 words.

What is a Brian? Check the thread link above.

And you don't like my graphic? That's fine....do a Brian for one of your own and provide a link so we can see your Brian as well as your graphic. :)

Okay, you didn't like my graphic. How about this one....be careful, there are beasties lurking in the scenery. Any Brians we can make of this? Or are we just too busy with the March challenge to give it a try???

Seeing Harold had waxed his chest was the final straw. He was ignoring her, staring fixedly at a tiny spider. She led him gently across the patio, his reactions slow. "These drugs" he slurred, sitting down. "Everything looks so beautiful" He stared happily at the sun as she drove away. Shanna tries a Brian Did I do it right? :-)

Brian for second picture The two way tree stood alone, older than all but the now distant hills. It had once grown high on a windswept hill of its own, but the water had come, bringing with it creatures who welcomed the shade its widespread branches commanded. Time moved on, but the tree remained. Shanna :-)

Amazing how much one can pack into 50 words, isn't it? :)

My try: Samantha didnt say she was leaving, but she left a note. They found it pecked and scratched into the wallpaper; reflecting her distressed frame of mind. It was hard to read but they finally made it out: Very lonesome. Flying home. They agreed they were going to miss that parrot.

lol Dialyn, was that what you were thinking when you made that picture? Shanna :-)

No, actually not, but I thought of it after I read your second Brian. :)

O dialyn, I'm coming here just to say I like your pic... but a Brian... well, I admit I've tried, but I fear a Brian is asking too much to my knowledge of English...

dialyn ( ) posted Fri, 21 March 2003 at 11:23 AM

I guess my timing was bad.

jstro ( ) posted Fri, 21 March 2003 at 10:56 PM

Well, I intend to give it a shot, but have been very busy lately. (A lie, of course; actually I just got a new game and have been consumed by it!) Don't give up on me just yet. jon
