Yes, of course! You can animate the camera as well as any other object.

Just have a look at page 294 tutorial in the Vue book to animate water. For the camera, select the cam, open the wizzard and just move the camera where and how you want. See page 113 to 152 of the Vue book. It is very well explained. Hope this helps. Guitta
