OK, folks, I've not been idle, but I've also been kind of a lurker recently. This little MOV has been kicking around my system for a few months, and I've never had the nerve to post it up (primarily because I never had the bandwidth to let it loose). Now you folks get to see what started to inspire me with K'CHK. This little guy was my first creation and was to be the main character, but he just didn't seem to have what I was looking for. Now he'll be the sidekick. To head off a rather obvious question, "Yes, I know that one of his eyes changes color." I had a spare keyframe from an old "pupil-dilation" test that I didn't realize was there until after I had the animation completed. Didn't feel like going back as I had scrapped him for the time. Slowly, but surely, my characters are coming into play!!! For another kinda-glimpse at a character WIP, see this piece in the gallery: http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=321564&Start=1&Artist=cckens&ByArtist=Yes Take the link to the web page and download the clip. The Movie is uncompressed at 1.6MB. Quicktime format only. Ken ![dork.gif](http://market.renderosity.com/~carrara/emoticons/dork.gif)

Looks good to me. What is the other clip (the DivX one)?

The Testpiece DivX & MOV is the initial testpiece to see if the main character could be animated (quickly!) and look good enough for production. That and the ability to create special effects with Premiere. The animation only took about 2 days to create. It was the editing and camera setups and sound that took the rest of the time. So much for the animation being the HARD part. Ken src="http://market.renderosity.com/~carrara/emoticons/dork.gif">.zip

That's nice! If that's a demo, I'd love to see the whole thing!
