Hooray an airship! Questing for lost beasties or buried treasure? Terrific model, love the effect of the propeller blade. Lin

ICM, The material can be downloaded from my site, Downloads/Bryce material, might have to hit the next button till the page with it comes up. It's a few tex maps put together in the MAT Lab, may also need to change the mapping style to suit your needs.

A great quest and I just love the poor lost skeleton lying in the sand. Cat

Stephen: I have a couple of qs from an engineering pov. Where is the fuel tank? How does the prop get its power? The Bryster

( Where is the fuel tank? ) There are 3 of them right in front of the furnace, fit with hoses & regulators. You can just barley see the top of one from this angle. ( How does the prop get its power? ) You know when I modeled it I figured I'd put some smoke coming out of the end of the prop, to make it look like the prop is being driven by the hot air. But I forgot to add it in the pic....oh well

Stephen it doesn't need smoke, it's perfect as it is. And I want one too. 8) Cat

The model is 32 MB to big for web... so I lowered the tessellation and exported it again. The new one is 17 MB ( 3 MB zipped ) No textures or anything, but it did import into bryce for me and it looked ok. So if you want the balloon ship http://stevesartgallery.bryce-alive.net/zip/models/balloonship.zip
