Subject: impoting poser 5 animations to max 5?

Does any one know how to import poser5 animations into 3ds max 5? heeeeeelpppp?

I'm not sure about the specifics because I haven't really used max too much, but I'm pretty sure that you need Poser ProPack which comes with LW and Max plugins...
