Subject: how do I keep animation from being blocky?

I have been playing around with the walk designer today and had a character walking. The only problems were that when I did the animation, it turned the girl's figure into blocks so that I ended up not seeing her at all. I have two questions, First how do I make it so that my characters are not blocky? Second how do I use the rendered character in the animation? I have tried using the full tracking on, and I can see the girl walking fairly clearly, but I want to have her rendered. Help please.

Oh boy, I'm pretty new to Poser, but I think I know what going on... You're asking poser to render "on the fly" and poser can't do that. You're going to have to look at each frame as a "still" (Not exactly correct, but close.) In order to see the "non-blocky" version of your animation, you'll have to render to disk, and then watch it in Quicktime or whatever.

In the animation drop-down menu select 'Make Movie'. Where it says Quality change the setting from Current Display Settings to Current Render Settings and hit OK to render your movie. Hope this helps.
