Hey all. This is my next wip - there's a larger version at the link. The hall is pretty much done. The 4 soldiers will be replaced with a small group of soldiers hunkering down behind shields which may affect the lighting in that part. The lighting across the back is probably about where its going to stay (maybe). There'll be some post worked "magic effect" on the arrow to explain the blue light. Comments welcome :)

The job on the hall is superb, Flak. I think the setting is just perfect. I was beginning to say something about the somewhat "static" poses of the warriors (compared to your other works), but then read your comment, so... This rocks. Also the textures looks greaat. S.

All I can say is "Wow, can I add you to my favorite artist list." This is awsome.

DoubleCrash - after the consternation and amusement that was caused by the "little nude guys" I used for scale in my "Siege" wips, I figured I'd dress them up for this occasion. Essentially they are just there for scale and to see how they and their colours would react to the lighting in the scene. ICM - Yeap. The walls about the Hall are actually a series of modules, rather than a single model.

Ummm, are the soldiers facing the wrong way? or is it me? Otherwise its amazing! Tres

The soldiers are going to be forming a defensive half-circle centered on the door, so they'll have their backs to it (so to speak). Those 4 are going to be replaced by a lot more than just 4 :)
