Is he going to wear a quilted tunic or leather jerkin or SOMETHING under it? It occurs to me that unless there is padding, any dents from being bashed will force the metal directly into his skin. (Ouch!) Remember Guillaume d' Marechal being pried out of his armor after a tournament? ...and they didn't have can openers in those days! If this is simply parade armor to be worn over silk, then the trim fit is fine. If there is a risk that somebody with a mace or halbard will strike a blow, then please reconsider the fit. The top of the shoulders appears to be a weak point, since straps will be vulnerable. Another piece of armor over each top? Or move the seam position? Carolly

Howdy, Well I started another armor, I put my other one on the back burner for now. I started this yesterday and pretty much finished the base of it just now. I plan to add some shoulder protection, and then some basic Greek/Roman clothing to it. Please tell me your thoughts so far. Thanks
