Subject: Cell-shading techniques -- advice?

I've been playing around with techniques for simulating cell-shaded cartoons with P4, and my best efforts so far (exporting the document window in cartoon shaded mode, then rendering a sketch with lots of black ink and combining the two as layers in PhotoShop) are pretty labour intensive and not overly convincing. Does anyone know of an easier way to do this? Does anyone have a sketch designer setting they'd be willing to share which will produce a cell-shaded look?

While not exactly sure what cell shading is. I do have 3 presets I've made that have a 'cartoony' look to them.. pm me with a place I can e-mail them to if you want them.
