No mater what I do I can't make the bangs look the same color as the rest of the hair. They look redish?!!! Also applying MT Bangsback OFF from the MATMOR Poses doesn't do anything.

no, none of the parts off poses work in P5 becouse of the node system. there is a way of creating a mat pose that will do this and I could set up a set if enough people are interested? free of charge of course. but the simplest way is just to disconnect the node from the trans and trans edge channels for the part you want to remove. as far as the color problem you are having i have not run into that but if you can show me your mat room settings for the bangs i'll try to help you figure it out.

It could be that the diffuse color isn't white. But yes, post a screenshot of your Material room so we can all see what's going on there.

Dang. I was hoping this would be an easy fix. But I don't see anything wrong with it. Are there different texture maps that come with this hair? It's possible it's loading a darker texture for the bangs instead of the blond. That's the only thought I have now.

well loaded hair and threw those bangs straight up in air - went to material room and viola - looked red like yours. However, I have used the hair before and not had that so looked at what was different. Turns out it was the camera pointing at bangs (in my case light 3 of standard set) all I did was change color of that light from the skin color to really lightblue/white and it cleaned up to match (and a wee bit lighter [like my bangs thanks to beautician ;-)]) rest of the hair. I hope this might help you. Good luck!
