Subject: Poser sp2.1 won't run

I uninstalled Poser with sp2.1 and reinstalled it but sp2.1 won't install. Anybody have any idea why it happened like that? Waldoo

what is operating system? what is error when trying to run sp2.1? also, you will need to download the figure updater; I believe.

I have the same problem installing a second version of poser 5 on my laptop. I mailed CL but havenot got an answer yet. Let's keep each other posted.

Win XP I installed figure update and won't let me run sp2. There was no pop up error message. I just click on sp2.1 updater file several times it just won't run. NZM and I have the same plm Waldoo

Problem solved here.I downloaded the updaters (again)from :www.egisys.com. and they worked. I suppose you checked if the updates are not already installed, that could result in error messages.CL by the way didnt answer they are not famous for after sales service. If nothing helps you should try to find an install-log. goodluck , feel free to contact me.
