I just installed Vue again on my pc, and then got and downloaded the 4.12 update. When I loaded Vue and started to use it I found this happened frequently (see attachment). Also, the Side View pane wouldn't refresh like the others would, so if I selected the maincamera or sunlight, neither would show up in the Side View Pane while they would in others. The Side View Pane was just blank all the time! Any ideas? JoeBlack

Click several times on the ZOOM OUT OF VIEW icon and move with theright mouse button inside the SIDE VIEW until you see your objects. On top of each window, click the small icon and disable SHOW FOG IN VIEW. If this doesn't help, disable OpenGL in the options. If you always have problems after that, please write again. :-)Guitta guittalogo.GIF

I'm not an expert in Vue, but I think it's just that your patch wasn't installed properly. I have noticed that patches better off installing after disabling the anti-virus software. Since patch is not a full fledged software, while installing sometimes anti-virus starts sniffing around to make sure that the patch is not a virus. And that's when things starts to get messy! So, I would suggest if Guitta's suggestion doesn't work, uninstall your Vue, Restart, desable the AV, then install both the software and patch. good luck.

Yes I have had it but fixed it by unchecking "Enable background draw thread" in the options panel
