Subject: Dolphin Morph Target Needed

I need a morph target to get rid of the dolphin's dorsal fin (the fin on the back). Can anybody make one? Or does anybody need where to find one? Thanks.

Why not transmap it out?... just making a map with the fin black & everything else white then setting the transparency slider to 100% should do it

Or use the grouping tool to set as a new material and make 100%transparent? Scarab

Is there a good tutorial on using the grouping tool? I've read the user manual and the Poser Handbook, but I don't get anything useful from them. User manuals are basically useless. They're written in cryptic language or have incomplete information in them. The tutorials in the manuals often miss a step somewhere. I've tried to play with it, but I just get frustrated and give up. I've seen some great things people have done with it, but it's all in the dark for me. Melanie

heya; the problem with making it transparent is... one, if you want a shine on the dolphin's skin, the highlight will appear on the 'ghost' fin. two, there will be a hole in the dolphin's back. :/ amorphium can smooth it out, probably, but i haven't seen anywhere that anybody's done that particular morph.

What we really need is a morph to turn it into that cool fish from Star Wars Episode I. That would blow my skull. BubbaScuba
