HI, I got a new tattoo and really like it... yes thats my manly muscular arm on the scanner

...So i took the scan into photoshop and made it all black and exported paths to illustrator

I removed some excess points in illustrator and exported the splines to Cinema 4DXL

.......I extruded the splines to a 3D object in C4DXL and exported the object to bryce.

.........and around this obscure symbol a movement was born :-)

Nice cleanup job. I could never hit the scan button while I layed my arm down on the scanner hahaha! Now that I have a digital camera worth something I may have to go back and try cleaning up my tat's in the puter. Thanks for sharing, gives me some more ideas (woo always a scary thought!)

(J/K)"* --------------------------------------------------- Will this get me in?(pic) MachineClaw: now that i think about it, I actually layed my arm on the color copier and scanned that print into photoshop you can see the plastic food wrap on the glass to avoid any" DNA evidence" left behind. Oh!! the joys and perils of working alone on the evening shift :-)
