This is my contribution to the Spider-Man universe. It only took a couple of days but it was a pain, anyway. I got tired of seeing all the movie versions, and haven't seen many new versions of the wallcrawler for Micheal, so I figured it's my shot. The only problem (besides not having the feet finished) is the webbing..it doesn't quite match at the seams, but it doesn't look bad at all! Besides, this is my first shot. Thanks to everyone in the forums for the help! I'm putting this up because I'm not totally finished, and want to hear some imput first...plus, with the whole package...as displayed...I want to put in a whole bunch of original poses, light sets, and stuff...imput on poses and the rest would be greatly appreciated...what would you like to see in this package? Thanks again! Your Friendly Neighborhood EtherealADR!

How about a few web smart props? By the way, it looks pretty damn good. Apart from the feet, of course. Oh, and the seams. ;)

Oh very very cool ! When will it be up ? Lovely pose work and texturing!

So Far I have about 12 of the 40 poses I promised, but I've got billions of material to work with...I'd say sometime next week it'll be completed fully...I plan to make updates as well. As for the webbing props...yeah, um...I'm not that good, I'm just a decent texturer...I'm sure anything I come up with on that end would be horrible. If somebody else want's to take a shot at it I'd be more than happy!

Been there, done that... and it's always great to see someone else top me. Great work. Don't forget Animotions.com Doug Sturk SturkWurk

I came, I rendered, I'm still broke.

Animotions/3d-cc is the reason I started doing this, Doug... love your stuff, thanks for the compliment! I'm just trying to get out all the things I personally love about the webhead....I really want to know what kinds of poses or ideas for poses and light sets everyone else wants to see...like ones based on specific Spidey artists, or whatever...

Upside down hanging on a thread, ceiling crawl, climbing up a wall, ...

Wow! Great job! Its looks like you already have a very good package. I guess some more Spidey type poses would be my only suggestion. Jay

Might I respectfully suggest a bit of a morph in the cat-suit to suggest that "he" isn't a she? Even if a guy is wearing dancetights (and I do know some men who are in Modern Dance companies), there is a bit of a mound. Otherwise, keep going the way you are! Carolly

This looks great! If you are still looking for pose suggestions, Spidey is always very acrobatic. Your displayed poses capture him nicely, but what about som emore flipping, leaping, swinging type poses?
