Subject: Help! I can't open V3 INJ files

SomethingWicked ( ) posted Mon, 21 April 2003 at 4:56 PM · edited Sat, 08 February 2025 at 9:07 PM

V3 has been wonderful... until today. All of the sudden, when I try to load "All Head Morphs", I get an error message that says "Warning: cannot open runtime/libraries/!V3 expressions INJ/open lips2.pz2. Actually, it won't open any of the files needed for the head morphs. The body morphs work fine, but it's hard to bite your fingernails if you can't open your mouth. I've re-installed the V3 heads from Daz (twice) and that didn't help and have emailed Daz Tech Support but haven't heard anything back yet, so maybe with all the combined knowledge here... Anyway, I'm running P4/PP on Win XP and up until now haven't had any problems at all. Thanks in advance!

Make sure you have the updates including the one for the head morph pack

I tried to remove the injection for the first time. P5 locked. P5 really hates V3. Its easier for me to open P4, do my stuff, save the pz3 and then open in P5 for render only.

Did you move any of the files around? An all morph loader pose looks for the various pose files via a specific path to the DAZ folders. Do the individual pose files load OK? If so, then the file locations are likely the problem.

I thought I had installed the head update, but I guess I didn't because when I ran the program, the INJ files started working. Thanks to you all for the suggestions!
