It's generated by a Japanese program called "Rokkaku-Daioh", you can download a free version at http://www.shusaku.co.jp/www/ The only standard 3D format that "Rokkaku-Daioh" is able to export is DXF. I don't recommend "Rokkaku-Daioh" for modeling, you have to make the models point by point. You can open ROK models in Lightwave, with a free plugin, just type in any search engine these words "rok lightwave plugin".

While surfing in search for some kind of manga/anime model, I stumbled on a Japanese website where I d'loaded some great models in this misterious ROK format. What kind of software generates ROK files, and is there some way to convert them?
