Subject: Head Pointing at Camera

I believe there is a way, and I have forgotten it, to have a have figures head point at the camera, not the floor, through some adjustments to its axes. (This is not the same method as pointing the head at a ball parented to the camera.) Does anyone remember this method?

heyas; open the joint editor, and on the head, grab the red center (the endpoint) and drag it out in front of the face. do NOT rotate or align the centers. it should work, then.
