I'm very new to Poser and I'm having a hard time setting an expression on V3's face. I see all of these MAT Expression settings in The POSE menu but when I try to apply them to Vicky nothing happens. I'm obviously doing something wrong. Any suggestions or tutorials you can point me to?

working with v3 you have to have all the head morphs {i.e. expressions and all} for the mats to change her expressions to work. it sucks. big time. BUT she is worth it most times. the outline on the collar shouldnt even be showing up if you used the mat to load it. it is normally set to not do that. it has to do with the highlight color reflection map and tranparancy maps. right now I cant remember the setings to get rid of it I know you have to have the highlight color set to black transparency to 100% and I cant remember the reflection mapp thing. sorry >.< Sorry I hope that helps some DarkElegance

So it's like the dresses. You have to have the basic fantasy morph dress to make the other fantasy dresses work. OK that makes sense. I'll figure out the collar thing eventually. Thanks

~points up at the above post~ yea that works Lol and yes V3 comes as a base package then you have to get the morphs {mummbles it bites rump}without the morphs she is a manaquin basicly. buttttttt with the morphs she is really nice. the movement of her body is very nice.{not trying to sound like a pervert but the way her breasts move is far better then V2 they have abit more realism} and the textures by Lisa B for the dress are AMAZING! Though I have foundout that if you make a bump for them they take on abit more depth. {found this out making a texture for the callor and mask...still not happy how the feathers look but....}

Will the "Victoria 3.0 Head Morph Pak" do it for me or is there more? I suppose there is another one for her body too. I'll try those settings on the collar when I get home from work. I have to make the $$ to feed my new found Poser addiction. LOL

There's a expressions inject in the Head morph pack. Dont load everything up on her or Poser will scream like a chicken. I use a few national morphs, the expressions, that's about it. I've been making characters via the injection pose builder but it takes forever-- I'm on 5. The only time I use the Body morph pack is when I'm injecting a Male figure or using a character injection-- more concerned about fitting clothing. Oh, money??? I used to have money. Now I have Victorias, and Koshinis and lots of places to put them and things to put on them. . . . Emily

That did it. I now have a smiling Vicky. But those Poser 4 Material settings don't work well in Poser 5. Does anyone know the correct P% settings to make the collar edges go away?
