Many animals don't absolutely need precise guides, however, anything which is patterned will benefit. Panther/Leopard comes to mind first. The Zebra perhaps, although if they ever make a Millenium Horse they might make a new Zebra, too. We'll keep hoping for a replacement centaur with the right weight to the body parts, but you might want to look at the various merfolk. What about the Eagle? The wings are still often used on other figures, so getting a helpful map might make joining things easier. Traveler's Monster Parts packs? Since these are designed to be added to other models, seam and scale guides would make using them even more fun. Anything where the head, or whatever, is on a different template is a great candidate because they usually vary the scale. Getting any sort of pattern to align becomes a major obstacle if you have no idea what percentage change is involved. Thanks for taking up the challenge! Carolly

Just wanted to say that my first batch of seam guides are up at DAZ now. Thanks to Anton, Ryan, and everyone else who worked a little extra to make them available. :) The V3 Catsuit, V3 Morphing Fantasy Dress, and V3 Sci-Fi Fantasy clothing guides are available at the bottom of their respective product pages, as well as some pop-up examples of the seam guides that might help too. The guides did have to be slightly resized and compressed in order to reduce the file sizes, but they're still good enough to use. Should you need higher quality versions, send me an IM and I'll send them directly to you. I'm considering making a guide for one of DAZ's animals next, and was wondering which one there would be the most demand for. Seam guides make creating complex textures easier, so having a guide may result in more available texture choices for the figure. Let me know your opinions and I'll keep them in mind. :) Oh, I posted a new pic too...not Poser, but kinda funny anyway. ;) Thanks for your time, take care. SnowS

I do not speak as a representative of DAZ, I speak only as a long-time member here. Be nice (and quit lying about DAZ) and I'll be nice too.
