Subject: Animation question

I've been playing a LOT with the animation in Poser lately, and I'm absolutely stumped here. Is there any way possible to insert frames? Obviously at the end, but what about adding 30 or 60 frames to the beginning, or somewhere in the middle?
Other question I had, was if you have a 120 frame animation and you decide that it's still too short, and you want to make it 240 frames instead.... Any way to double it and keep the same movements (and frame rate)?
The manual isn't much help in this department (unless I'm missing it somewhere) and I'm about to buy a $50 book to help myself get better. I'm giving a music video a try. It's been a lot of fun so far. If interested, I would gladly put a link up in here for my WOP.
Thanks,
Rich

you can add the frames, then open the animation pallet and grab the movements where you want the break to be and drag them to the end of the timeline, or if you just want to repeat the same movement again, copy it, and paste it at the end in the new unused frames hope that answers your question :)

Inserting frames:

You'll need to master the basics of the Animation Palette. First, change the frame-total to make room for the extra frames. Then, draw a selection box around all the keyframes on the Palette and manually drag them to the end of the timeline.

Doubling the frames:

Again, adjust the frame-total to make room for any changes (in this case, from 120 to 240). Then use the Retime Animation feature in the Animation menu, source frames being the original 1-120, destination frames being 1-240.

hehe Thanks VERY much for the input (especially about the book) As a member of Renderosity for a long time, I can't think of ANY book that could match the help in this comunity. I'll pass on the book, and just stick with you folks. :)
