Subject: V3 Male Morphs

I just got Vicki 3 and the Male morph packs from a friend, but the only thing that changes is her face. My renders look like a pre-operational transexual. I can't get the body to change into a man. Can someone please tell me what I did wrong? And also, is there a way to inject all the V3 morphs and have them remain installed or must we continually install each morph as we go along?

Whoo-hoo!!! I'm in first!

Please quickly clear up that your friend bought them for you as a gift from DAZ otherwise you will get no help here. Any other manner by which you might have received them would be illegal and highly frowned upon in these forums. Frank

You could load all of her morphs once, then save that figure to the library under a name like 'V3 All Morphs,' which is what I did, but beware the humongous size of the file! At first, the inj/remove stuff was a royal pain, but I've gotten used to it and now prefer to add and remove as I go, to lower file size :)

Make sure the dial for the body is set up to where it should be as well (top dial). I had that trouble when I first bought the male morphs.

Ok correct me if i am wrong on this. If i take a default Victoria 3 sr1.1 and go to my !V3 All Morphs INJ pose file and choose the inject all body and head poses . Does this load all the male morphs as well ? Or do you have to find and load each male morph by hand one at a time .

Each morph package comes with injectors. So the male pak should have an injection kit of its own. (somehow that just sounds wrong snicker)

You need to make sure you're using the SR1 CR2. The male morph injections don't work correctly in the original release. If you have a legit copy of V3, SR1 is a free download from Daz - details on the V3 product page. The male pack didn't come with an "all" injector, as far as I know - you have to inject them one at a time. The "all" head and body morph injectors only inject the base packs: expressions, the V3 head pack and the V3 body pack.

Also when did your friend get the morphs? There was a later release for them as well-- you need a receipt to get it as it is a complete exe not a patch. Emily

If you have all the correct files in the right places, it should work fine. Note that when you inject the face morphs they automatically adjust the face; but when you inject the body morphs, they do nothing. You have to set the particular body style to '1.' (Make sure you have the body selected). If you inject more than one of the body styles, you can combine them as long as their dial totals equalsone.
