This pic is about 15 minutes old as I write this. Every May a tree over my back deck drops these tiny white flowers. For about a week they cover the place. After they hit the ground, they are brown in about 12 hours. You can see new flowers, and also the older brown ones here. 2 kinds of repetition going on here. Theres the orderly repetition of the deck boards and lines, and the random repetition of the flowers from the tree. Taken in early morning sunlight, giving the long shadows. This may make a better black 'n white, but I don't have time right now to see (already late for work!).

I like it! A very good entry.... try it in B&W....although I do think color looks good.

I like the long shadows. I'm very interested in seeing it in b/w, as well :)
