This is my first time to enter the challenge. Had fun doing this pic and thanks for all the helpful hints.

WOW! Way to go! I hadn't realised that the lightning was hitting a tower. The lense flares make all the difference and I love the textures on the mountains. Very nicely done.

now this is what i call a render! you know what? now i have doubts that you really needed help, i mean the artistic sense that you have is stunning! good luck on the contest! hope u'll take a peek in mine, i'm posting it in two days, have to finish the poser figures

Thanks for the comments and encouragement. EYECON im'e glad you like it but seriously there is no way this render would have looked like this if it was not for the helpful hints from the members here in the forum. I am still relatively new to 3D art, or any art for that matter. I couldn't draw a stick man without it looking rather pathetic.
