The first 3 "regions" in my LandZone series are now available in the MarketPlace, with more to follow soon.

I don't know how many further packs I will release though ... I guess it depends on the response I get from these initial ones. I hope some of you find a use for them anyway. If you have any suggestions or ideas for additional features that you'd like to see added these terrains then please feel free to let me know.

The idea behind these props is to give you a quick and easy way to add 3D landscapes direct inside Poser, without having to worry about importing/exporting between other programs. This is something I originally made for my own personal use but I decided to try it in the MarketPlace to see if anyone else could find a use for them!

OK, a quick test render to show you an example of what you can produce with my morphing terrain props!

Here I have used the "LandZone Region A" prop 3 times, scaling each one differently and using various morph settings. If you place them right then they seem to blend into each other and it looks like just one single landscape.

I've used the default texture and bump map provided with this prop, but have used a strong color-cast in the lighting setup to give it a deep red alien-planet feel to the scene. The only other element used here is a sky texture mapped onto my freeware "WaverWall" prop in the background.

This is basically the pure Poser render with very little post-work (I adjusted the contrast very slightly). The scene only took a few seconds to render at 600x600 resolution so even using 3 terrains in your scene at a time shouldn't slow things down too much.

Anyway it gives you some idea the kind of effects you can achieve very quickly and easily with the LandZone props.
