Subject: Question of conforming...

Ok, I got this program a couple of days ago and don't have much of a clue what I'm doing, so please don't laugh at my stupid questions. First, I downloaded a robe for V3 but I'm trying to conform it to a different character model. In fact, it doesn't even conform properly to the V3 model itself. How do I modify the conformable properties of this robe? (.cr2 file obviously) Second, how do I build models? If I basically want to swap body parts between models is there an easy way to do this? And finally, how do I change textures of characters? And if you have to be smart and tell me to read the manual please specify because I can't seem to find it. Thanks for the help.

Uhm excuse me, but I guess I AM going to be smart.. if you got the program a few days ago, how on Earth can you have misplaced the manual allready? Have you got Poser 3, 4 or 5 btw?

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

I think he/she means to specify a page in the manual. He/She can't find the REFERENCE, not the manual.

Yes, the specific page. And it's Poser 5.

Conforming Clothing is in the table of contents under : "Adding Clothing" Chapter 32 for Materials. Swapping body parts.. the swapping with props is in the manual. I'd suggest getting the basics down first however.
