Subject: Can anybody tell whats wrong with this?

Haha, ok, I know, but I thought this was interesting and wanted to see if anyone could figure out quite what was going on here, and I'll put up an image that shows what it is if anyone gets it, or after a while if no one does

My first thought was bird poop. It of course could be a water drop, but it looks like a nice day, so I'm guessing it isn't rain. Whatever it is I hope it came off your lense effortlessly :)

My guess is bird poop or Tree sap.

I think this is a shot of a puddle or some other body of water and we're seeing some sort of disturbance in it.
