you will have to use mat creator or something similar to specify the different eyes, unlike V2, V3 uses a single eye texture that is used on both eyes, so if you want to different eye colours you'll have to make a mat file that specifies the texture you want on the Left & Right eyes

I have created textures for both eyes, which are each very different. but when i load them, both the eyes are textured with the first one that i load and i can't seem to correct this. I have all the updates installed so it can't be that, Any ideas?
