I need the Luscious Lace combo pack download re-set please. I'm having a heck of a time getting it fully downloaded on dialup, I keep timing out. Thank you.

Glad that's all sorted out, but may I ask a question? My 'purchase history' screen is REALLY long now, which is great, if only I had more time to use them, etc. Now, for one thing, each list of products that I buy, I usually save in a directory that seems appropriate, eg/ Xmas_Goodies, or FluIllnessTreats.. now, however, I have directories like RenderosityPurchases, RosityNewPurchases, NewStuff, !New, !Newer.. and its a bit of a muddle and I don't know where I put half the stuff. Also, one day my computer might die, etc, and I might lose it all anyway. Now, one of the things I love about being a regular customer at Renderosity, is my portfolio of the hundreds of products, representing thousands of dollars, of goods that I buy. I think I've downloaded a few of them twice; two products got updated (cool!) and at least one was corrupt. My confidence in being at the Store, is partly in the belief that if disaster strikes, or I can't find something I bought, I can download the whole lot again. If you saw all the wires hanging out of my home-made PC, you'd understand that peace of mind. Or my filesystem, for that matter. Anyway, might I not be able to?? I didn't know there was a counter and I assume it means it might not let me. Of course, with helpful admins (as above) it might not be a problem, and I understand you can't have people downloading the same thing lots of times. If you see my purchase history you'll see that I have a lot to lose in case I do lose it all and I can't download it again. And if you can see my download counters, you'll see that I only download things once. I'm sure this isn't a problem, but it occurred to me and so I asked. I think I should make my own backup CD and keep it in my safe. If nothing else, please be aware how much I appreciate this store being so great that I can see my download history (seriously, I can't remember all the stuff I buy!) and how great it is that I can still look at the product preview pages, to remind me why I bought it, and that I can download it again if I can't find the damn thing! I need a download resest to.Its for the 3dModelz WorldZ V2. My computer breaks threetimes the download at 99%. I hope i have thix fixed now. Please reset this in my purchaes list. Thanks ParSalian
