A very powerful Mac!...LOL Seriously, I suggest waiting for the very promising DAZ studio, and see feedbacks from customers to get an enlightened opinion between both programms. That should be very helpful to make the best choice.

Learn a lesson from Windows users - save yourself alot of grief and let the early adopters thoroughly test Poser 5 Mac before buying it yourself. Check the Mac Forum if you have any doubt that some of them will buy it the minute it's released. My only question right now is this: has Daz delayed the release of Daz Studio so that it will be concurrent with the Poser 5 Mac release? The answer is probably no, since Mac users only account for 3% of sales in cross-platform releases like Daz Studio, meaning any incremental sales to Mac users aren't sufficient to cover programming costs.
