Subject: Poser 5: Pose Display Window is gone

I posted this in the Technical forum, but I thought I'd post it here as well since I've been trying to get an answer about this from various sources since Friday. When I opened up Poser 5 Friday night (running on a Win2k machine with 512 megs of RAM), I found that the Pose display window was gone. I could see the model in the Materials mode and the other modes, but there was just no visible window in the Pose mode. Anybody have a suggestion about how I can fix this? Guy

go to "EDIT " and " General Preferences" and set both options to factory default, close poser and open again.

Ah! I figured it out. I tried to reset it to factory state and reboot, which didn't work, but when I clicked the factory state buttons again and then hit "set Preferred", it worked. Guy
