Saw this book, due for release in the UK 30th July. It was on Amazon. Here is the synopsis for anyone interested. Just do a search in Amazon for poser. Can't wait until it is here in the UK. I see it is available in the US. Has anyone here bought it and what do they think of it? I will probably buy it anyway but want to know if it is worth waiting for the 30th of July when it comes to the UK (according to Amazon.co.uk) or importing a US copy.

Gosh, the first question I had, (Who is it by?) is already answered! And to know that Bloodsong did it! It's on my shopping list!

sabretalon, ?. :) I'm in the US at Amazon.com (US) and it says: "Availability: This item has not yet been released. You may order it now and we will ship it to you when it arrives." Also see under Product Details: "Publisher: Focal Press; (August 2003)" So, it's a two month wait all in all. A worthwhile two month wait, though. Bloodsong will stomp all over SHAM Mortier's crappy idea of a Poser book, especially since Bloodsong actually USES Poser and has MASTERED it, unlike that other loser. Thank you Bloodsong - it's in my wishlist for ordering. BYS

heyas; er, i would have announced it sooner, but i didn't realize amazon was going to have it for pre-order. d'oh! well, i've read it, but i think my view is biased ;) and they made me take out all my crazy americanism's like 'holy cowflops, batman!' and such. (hmmm, never said 'holy cowflops, batman,' in a tutorial yet, must use that one...)

Oh, darn, I wish they would have left holy cowflops in. But it will be worth the read anyway. I've got my pre-order in. :) At the rate they are going, I was afraid they would run out of copies. ;)
