These seem a bit better than the previous three. The detail looks better and they are a bit brighter. It looks like condensation on a glass? Very creative.

How did I do it? It was actually rather easy. I took a pane of glass and after cleaning it, I put some "Rain X" [a product that is like wax for auto windshields] on it. Then, I placed the pane between 2 stereo speaker stands that I had on a black table with a dark purple backdrop and sprayed water on it. The light source is a Mag-Light flashlight [the kind that you can twist and create a sharp beam of light]. To get the different effects I just moved the camera and/or the flashlight. Most were shot at 1/30 at F2.2 on my Sony DSC-F707. Other than sizing and matting for the web these are exactly as they came out of the camera. No color manipulation, no sharpening, no anything. Sometimes I put the light source to the side sometimes I lit from underneath the glass. I have another great shot except for the damn single cat hair that ruins the shot. Magick Michael

I love it. A genuine Mr. Wizard. If you have some Christmas lights, lay a wad of them under the glass as the light source and you should get some great color effects.

...try vibrating the glass with the stereo speakers...
